The private home is located in the quiet gate community of BRIARWOOD. It is only 5-10 minute drive to the beautiful white sandy beaches of Naples and the Elegant shopping and fine dining of "OLDE NAPLES". Many beautiful Golf courses are in the Naples area. The Everglades are close by for tours, Deep sea fishing and Dinner cruse tours can also be booked down by the pier at TIN CITY. There are a host of activities in the Naples area for your vacation whether it is family, frends or honeymooners. BRIARWOOD also has a community center for your use that has tennis courts, children's playground and two large heated pools.
Supermarkets and drug stores are only a 2 minute drive.
The yard is oversized and lushly landscaped with flowering trees and palms. The Pool and Lanai are oversized and faces south for max. daytime sunbathing. There is also a shaded/covered area on the lanai with outdoor fan for outdoor dining and lounging. Plenty of patio furniture for large groups. Table with 6 chairs, 4 lounge chairs, 2 sunbathing chairs.

This room has a private bath with Walk in shower, single sink, and toilet. This room also has a private door entrance to the pool area, and a pocket door that can be closed to seperate it from the rest of the house.
Bedroom #3 This room has a Queensize Bed, nightstand,dresser,mirror,TV and a large closet. Ceiling Fan.
Bedroom #4 This bedroom has a set of Twin Beds, 2 dressers, mirror, ceiling fan, and a large closet

The third bathroom is between the win bedroom and Queen Bedroom #3 and can be accessed from the living area. It is a full bathroom with a tub/shower vanity sink with mirror and toilet.
The Large Family Room has seating for 8-10. The entainment center in the living room has cable TV/DVD/VCR/CD player. The room is tiled and has vaulted ceilings. There is a 9 ft sliding glass door that open up to the pool/patio area.
The dining area is adjacent to the living room and kitchen. Seating for 6-8 and snack bar which seats 2.
The Kitchen overlooks both the dining and family room and is fully equipped with oven, microwave, waste disposal, dishwasher, refrigerator. A laundry room with full size washer & Dryer lead off the kitchen and into the 2 car garage.
