A very pleasant cottage situated in a residential area alongside the swimming pool and only a two minute drive from the marina, fishing pier, beach, and shops. Pets are NOT allowed and No Smoking. Picturesque Sanibel/Captiva Islands are only a 15 minute drive away.

The floodlit tennis courts are just around the corner and the whole locality is surrounded by beautiful golf courses, beaches, and nature parks. You can also drive up the historic royal palm lined McGregor Boulevard and visit the Edison-Ford Museum with its extensive tropical gardens, 100 year old houses, vintage cars, and museum hall full of incredible inventions.

The house is less than a half hour drive from Southwest Florida International Airport and it is only 36 miles to Naples, 74 miles to the Everglades, and 155 miles to Miami and Orlando.
