Our property is located overlooking a lake in the private, gated community of Briarwood. It is only a 10 minute drive to the beautiful,sandy beaches of Naples, and also the classy shops and restaurants of Olde Naples. The nearest Supermarket (Publix) is only a 2 minute drive.
Bedroom 1. A luxury master bedroom with King Size bed, cable TV, en suite bathroom with an oval bath, separate large walk in shower, two vanity basins and separate WC. There is an enormous walk in wardrobe and there are sliding doors which lead out to the pool area with views of a lake. Carpet.
Bedroom 2. A Queen Bed. En suite bathroom with bath, shower, basin and WC. There is a double wardrobe and also sliding doors which lead to the pool deck and has excellent views of pool and lake. Carpet.
Bedroom 3. Two single beds and a double wardrobe. Carpet.
Bedroom 4. Two single beds and a double wardrobe. Carpet.
These two bedrooms share the 3rd bathroom which has bath, shower, basin and WC.
There is a large Family Room with cable TV. There is a vaulted ceiling and very wide sliding doors which lead to the pool deck and again have great lake views. This room has a tiled floor as it provides the primary access to the pool.
There is a more formal Lounge with a Dining Area. Carpet.
The Kitchen leads off of the Family Room and is fully equipped with a large oven, ceramic hob, waste disposal, dishwasher and an "American" size fridge with ice making. There is a less formal dining area/breakfast area next to the Kitchen in addition to a Breakfast Bar.
Leading from the kitchen there is a Utility Room with a large washing machine and tumble dryer.
There is also a Double Garage with electric up and over doors.
There is a private swimming pool which is 8x4m and is surrounded by a pool deck with ample pool furniture.
The entire property is of course air-conditioned and there are ceiling fans on the pool deck (excellent for outdoor dining in the evening) in the family room, the master bedroom and bedroom 2.
Naples is situated on the Gulf Coast, which is to the west of Florida and is blessed with fantastic white sandy beaches lapped by the Gulf of Mexico. The beaches are about a 10 minute drive from the house. The Naples area is a very affluent area with excellent dining and shopping opportunities. From Naples you can be in the heart of the everglades within an hours drive. A 45 minute drive to the north takes you to the Fort Myers area which is more laid back and is close to the wonderful islands of Sanibel and Captiva with their opportunities for shell collecting.
There are a dozen golf courses within 20 mins drive of the house which have public access. They are all excellent and green fees range from about $35 which includes a cart.
There are many other leisure pursuits too numerous to mention including a zoo, boat trips, for dolphin watching, deep-sea fishing or sight-seeing. There are museums and art galleries and other cultural alternatives as well as several nature parks around the Naples area.

Briarwood has its own amenity area for residents including a large outdoor heated pool, children's play area and tennis/basketball court. There is also a golf driving range just outside the Briarwood entrance.
PLEASE NOTE:- As Xmas day and New Year day are on a Saturday this year, a supplement of £300 ($480) will apply for one week bookings arriving on 24th or 25th of December.
Pool heating (per week) £75 ($120).
