Our vacation home has Florida décor throughout with central air conditioning, new carpeting and tile, cable TV in the living room and both bedrooms, and ceiling fans in every room.
We are located directly on the beach on the 2nd floor with an elevator or stairs providing easy accessibility to our condo.
Other amenities include stereo, VCR, CD player, cordless phone and upscale furniture. The dome-ceiling kitchen includes modern appliances along with above range microwave, ice maker, coffee maker, and blender. The master bedroom has a king bed and private entrance to the lanai. The guest bedroom has two twin beds and the living room has a deluxe full size futon. Our newly renovated bathrooms have Corinthian marble counter tops, tubs and shower enclosures. All dishes, utensils, cookware and linens are provided.
