Come to Paradise Found -- our condo is located on the best part of the island. It's mid-island, across the street from the widest part of the seven miles of beach on the island. The beach offers sugar sand, and is one of the safest beaches in the world (with no undertow).
There are many nearby amenities for vacationers including Santini Plaza, the beach cinema, golf, Fish Tail Marina, places of worship, a walk-in medical facility, CVS drug store, various restaurants, and places of entertainment -- all within walking distance. It is an easy stroll of 400 foot steps from our condo building door to the sand on our beach!
There is a trolley stop at the end of the condo driveway. You can travel the island from the Matanzas Pass Bridge all the way to Lover's Key and beyond, for 25 cents a stop -- seven days a week.
Views from the lanai are bayside; and views from the front screened entrance of the unit are Gulfside.
Our condo offers 1,150 square feet of air-conditioned living space. Plus there's additional space with the screened in lanai and screened front entrance. Amenities include three TVs, a VCR, DVD, a full kitchen, an in-unit laundry, overhead fan, a formal dining area, a kitchen nook with table and chairs, bar stools at the kitchen island, a table and chairs for dining on the lanai, phones and a message machine, two alarm clocks, a CD player, a stereo system, a trash chute next to the elevator, and covered parking close to the lobby.
The master suite has a walk-in closet, double sinks, a separate linen closet, and a private shower and toilet area. There is a separate entrance to the lanai from the master suite.
