This new luxury vacation home is located in the new Rolling Hills Estates, the closest home community to Disney only (3) miles from Disney's main gate! It is also only one mile from the attraction-lined Highway 192, which is lined with restaurants, grocery stores, shopping, family entertainment, recreation, and nearby access to Orlando's major interstates.
The home is a spacious 4 bedroom, 3 bath with two master suites, each with a king bed and its own private, tiled bath. The other two bedrooms have two twin beds. Crib rental is also available. The home comfortably sleeps (10) people.
Beautifully decorated and complete with all of the amenities of your own home, the home includes a heated swimming pool with deck and outside dining, private garage with remote, fully-equipped kitchen, family room with cable TV and VCR (2nd cable TV in back Master bedroom, 3rd cable TV in 3rd bedroom), separate dining area, bar with bar stools, and washer/dryer.
All linens, utensils, and kitchen amenities are included. Kitchen amenities include dishwasher, range/oven, microwave, refrigerator, can opener, blender, coffee pot, rice cooker, toaster, full kitchenware, and more.
The pool faces to the south, which means you will always have the sun when in the pool area. This is important, as homes facing other than south only have the sun at certain times during the day. But...there is also a covered lanai on the pool deck so you can rest in the shade when you are "sunned" out. You will also enjoy your privacy as there are no homes behind Shan's Disney Vacation Home.
Our home is certified by the Florida Division of Hotels and Restaurants, so it contains additional safety features such as emergency lighting, strict maintenance guidelines, and higher cleanliness standards.
You will also find a comprehensive Guest Book in the home to assist you with planning your visit. You will find information such as favorite area restaurants, theme park information, local recreation and sports, discount tickets, emergency contacts, local shopping, and much more.
