Our home sits on 1 acre in the center of Little Gasparilla Island. As our island is not 1/8 of a mile wide in any one spot, it is a very short walk or cart ride to beach or bay. There is a great view of the Gulf from the upstairs screened porch. There are 7 miles of pristine beach to explore and exceptional sunsets to enjoy along with world class fishing and shelling, only minutes from Boca Grande Pass. There are several restaurants and state parks close by with boating access. This island has access by boat only. Your rental includes use of boat and golf cart.
