Del Tura is a gated community with stringent security. It has a 27 hole golf course, a 40,000 sq.ft. clubhouse with 2 ballrooms, restaurant, fitness & exercise room, saunas, library, 5 swimming pools (2 heated) all with hot tubs, proshop, 6 tennis courts 12 shuffleboard courts, bocce ball, horseshoe pit, and aquatic driving range. There is a nature preserve with walkways and bike paths and an RV storage area for a separate fee.
The house is a ranch style manufactured home and has a living room, dining room area, kitchen, family room, 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, a 2 car garage, and a screened lanai (deck). It overlooks the third hole of the golf course and has a beautiful view of a pond.
The airport and Ft. Myers beach are about 22 miles away. Nearby are the islands of Captiva, Sanibel, Big Pine, and Marcos. Ft. Myers has relatively good theatre and concert offerings as well as many other interesting opportunities for leisure activities.

All deposits will reserve the property for the dates requested and will be forfeited if alternate rentals are not obtained for the same period. A $500.00 refundable security deposit is due on move in along with a 9% florida Bed and Sales Tax.
