This condo has it all! A gulf/sunset view, a view of downtown Ft. Myers Beach and Sanibel Island, overlooking an area in which birds feed throughout the day, and a view of a beautiful palm tree combine to give this condo a truly exotic and tropical feel. You may see as many as 15 species of birds right from the balcony, including the beautiful pink Roseate Spoonbill. Direct access to the 7 mile beach and the gulf can be had by walking around or through this area. This condo is a bird lover's delight located in a very private location. The condo does not face directly into the windows of any other condo. You will love it. This studio apartment has been totally refurnished. It is light, bright, and refreshing. There is a king-size bed with a queen-size sleeper sofa for additional sleeping for the third or fourth guests. It is completely tiled throughout. This complex has a heated swimming pool, two tennis courts, an outside barbeque, and washers and dryers located in each of the three buildings.
The complex is located directly across the street from Santini Marina Plaza in which there are a number of stores, restaurants, a marina, a bank, a bookstore, a drug store, hardware store, and a stationery store with a U.S. Post Office outlet. A public golf course is located down the street , and a trolley which runs the length of the island, stops directly in front of the complex. The fare is 25 cents. You will enjoy not having to use your car for everything.
Activities on site or nearby include: swimming, parasailing, golf, tennis, shopping, swimming, water-skiing, boat rentals, bicycle and scooter rentals, Casino Boat, and one day boat trip to Key West. Close to the Edison Museum, Sanibel and Captiva Islands, and the Tanger Outlet Mall. Ft. Myers is where the Boston Red Sox hold their annual spring training.
