Our beautifully 3 Bed/2 Baths Pool Villa, built in 2000, is situated on a
large, tropically landscaped lot in Cape Coral. It offers a great room design
living space, light and precious rooms, a tiled and screened lanai as well as an
electric heated Pool and Spa - surrounded by palm trees and many other tropical
plants. Both have underwater lights for a romantic effect during the evenings.
The kitchen is fully equipped with: American fridge with automatic water filter,
ice crusher, electric cooker and stove, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster,
sink unit with garbage disposer and many more utensils for easy cooking.
The first bedroom offers Kingsize, second Queensize and third bedroom offers
Twin Beds.
Situated directly at a wide canal, you'll also enjoy to live in style. From the
first bedroom as well as the second bathroom, you have access to the pool area
with canal view. Three huge sliding doors open the connection to the
lanai, the pool and this special backyard of this kind. The pool is cleaned and
maintained once a week.
Fishermen are able to stay at home and go fishing on the dock. Sun
chairs and table are also provided on the lanai and boat dock.
The best is that you'll find here private atmosphere in the
whole backyard! It is not only surrounded by many palm trees, but also by a high
and green fence that make you completely invisible for your neighbors.
In the laundry room you can use washer and dryer, but also iron plus ironing
board are provided. Driving in and out the double garage is simple, because of
the comfort remote controlled door.
Every room is equipped with central airconditioning. All comes
with bed sheets, towels and most items you need for your vacation: Including
Radio, CD, DVD, 32' SAT-TV, Music-System and VCR. Also the masterbedroom has a second TV with sat-receiver
and VCR as well.
For staying in touch with family and friends, you will even find
a computer connected to the Internet. Of course you can surf on the web, do some
work or send a fax, too.
