| Endsleigh Florida is a 4 bedroom 3 bathroom air conditioned luxury villa. The pool area has extended deck and comes with deep cushioned sun loungers and chairs plus large table. The inside of the property has been beautifully furnished and is well equipped to cater for up to 6 adults and 4 children.
This single level building provides spacious accommodation good size lounge, dining room and open plan kitchen. Two themed master bedrooms both with king size beds and en-suite bathrooms with his and hers basins and separate bath and shower areas.
Endsleigh is equipped with every possible facility you and your family will need to ensure you have a great time
Property Amenities:
· Lounge area with high ceiling containing 3 seater and 2 seater sofas plus single chair. Large cable TV, DVD player with selection of material to play plus many books, magazines etc.
· Dining area is elegant with table and 6 matching chairs, place settings and linen napkins plus decorations.
· Kitchen contains large oven, hob and microwave. Large fridge freezer, dishwasher, waste disposal etc. A toaster, coffee filter machine and liquidizer are all available. Central preparation area. Breakfast table with 4 matching chairs. More cutlery, plates glasses and cooking utensils then you will ever need. A radio/cd player has also been installed.
· Master Bedroom 1-’animal theme’ with king size bed (6 foot wide). Walk in wardrobe has ore hanging space then you will need plus safe to secure your valuables. Cable TV. En-suite bathroom with his and hers vanity basins, plus separate marble bath, shower cubicle and toilet. Door to pool area.
· Master Bedroom 2- ‘sea theme’ King size bed, good size wardrobe, cable TV and similar en-suite bathroom to bedroom 1.
· Bedroom 3- twin beds with ample wardrobe space. Shares family bathroom with bedroom 4 which is just outside both rooms.
· Bedroom 4- The kids room. Disney theme, with 2 sets of double bunks ( no sofa beds in this property. Ample wardrobe space plus TV and video will keep them amused for hours. Soft furnishings will keep the young ones safe.
· Family bathroom – between the twin and kids rooms combination bath and shower. Please note that all bathrooms are supplied with ample bath and hand towels so no need to bring your own.
· Utility facilities are located in the double garage. Separate washing machine and tumble dryer plus all cleaning equipment.
· Garage- As from March 2005 the garage area will be equipped with various games such as table tennis etc.
· Pool area – Full heated (optional) with underwater lighting. This area is well equipped with deep cushioned sun loungers, recliners and uprights together with a 6 foot table.
